What are your business hours?
Our business hours are Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. After hours, you can email us at info@synergyspecialtyrx.com and we’ll respond the next business day.
Can I speak with a pharmacist about my medication?
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Call us at (281) 525-4106 and our pharmacists are available by phone during business hours and can answer anything — side effects, dosing, storage, missed doses, drug interactions, you name it. There’s never a charge for speaking with us. It’s part of the care we provide.
What if I have an urgent question after business hours?
Leave us a voicemail at (281) 525-4106 and we’ll call you back as soon as possible. For anything that can wait, email us at info@synergyspecialtyrx.com and we’ll respond first thing the next business day. Our hours are Monday–Friday 9am–5pm. We’re closed Saturday and Sunday. If it’s a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room right away.
